Summer Wreaths to DIY



Hi there! I made a quick and easy embellishment for a sunflower wreath I purchased that I want to share with you.



Nothing fancy, just some brown ticking striped fabric cut into the shape of a little flag, which I glued some rope to. Then I free-handed our last initial on it with some black fabric paint. I must confess, I often purchase basic floral wreaths, and spruce them up with ribbons, nests, and other stuff to make them look customized as a way to save some time.

Pumpkin Patch Pudding Cups

Did you know Halloween is the third most popular holiday in America, topped only by Thanksgiving and Christmas? If you have kids, this probably comes as no surprise. Children anticipate Halloween almost as wildly as Christmas morning, mostly because of the candy, but also because of the fun class parties and costume parades that happen each year at school. I often volunteer for our kids' class parties because it's so fun to see all of the cuties in their costumes. Here's a Halloween class treat idea for you: Pumpkin Patch Pudding Cups Steps Tear the foil lids off of the pudding cups and line them up on a rimmed cookie sheet or tray to make them easier to carry. Sprinkle chocolate cookie crumbs (you can use finely-crushed Oreos if you can't find the boxed kind) on top of the pudding. Blue and Red Valentine Decorations

Hey there! Happy Monday! Have you undecorated for Christmas yet? I have to do a decoration detox for a bit after the holidays. I keep the decor to a minimum, but around now, I start to think about Valentine's Day decorations. I think it's hard to work with red and pink since our house is mostly blue, gray and green.
